We understand developers may need flexibile short-term funding. We offer bridging loans from €500k - €10m, towards acquisition of sites, planning amendments and refinance of existing loans you may have with another provider.

Because of the shorter-term and extra flexibility, these loans may cost more than our normal development loans, but still offers a fair, fast and flexible solution. If we feel you're eligible for another more suitable product, we'll always let you know.
